I'm Skylar, Ivory & Oak's Founder. I'm a wedding coordinator bringing a project management approach to wedding days.
After working in construction and project coordination, I've learned how to manage timelines, vendors, and high-pressure environments - all skills that translate perfectly into weddings.

Hi! I'm Paige, Ivory & Oak's Coordinator and Skylar's sister.
Growing up alongside Skylar, I've always watched her bring her natural organization, attention to detail, and ability to keep things calm into everything she does. As Ivory & Oak has grown, I've had the opportunity to watch that same passion turn into something truly special - and now I get to be a part of it.
I bring those same organizational skills, attention to detail, and calm energy to every wedding day. Whether it's keeping a timeline on track, helping vendors stay organized, or making sure the little details don't get overlooked, I'm here to help make your day feel effortless.
Outside of weddings, you'll usually find me at church, going on an adventure, or surrounded by the people I love most.
