  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination (if needed at additional cost

  • Full Wedding Day Coordination (8-10 hours onsite)

  • Timeline + Vendor Management on wedding day

Month-Of Coordination

For couples who are nearly finished planning but need support bringing everything together.

 

Includes everything in package one PLUS:

  • Begins 4-6 weeks before wedding

  • Full contract + vendor review

  • Detailed master timeline creation

  • Floor plan + logistics review

  • Unlimited email support (final month)

  • Vendor communication management

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination

  • Full wedding day execution (10-12 hours)

Partial Planning

For couples who want guidance throughout the planning process, not just execution.

 

Includes everything in package two PLUS:

  • Planning support 3-6 months before wedding

  • Vendor recommendations tailored to stylr + budget

  • Budget guidance and tracking support

  • Monthly planning check-ins

  • Design + Layout feedback

  • Early-stage timeline development

  • Priority communcation support

Set-Up Only Coordination

For couples who have planned everything and just need décor professionally set up.

Includes:

  • Week‑of décor plan + layout review

  • Vendor arrival confirmations (décor‑related only)

  • Communication with venue for access + set‑up needs

  • Unlimited email support (final week)

  • Up to 3 hours of wedding‑day set‑up

  • Décor installation: tables, signage, seating chart, welcome table, guestbook, dessert table, memory table, simple ceremony décor

  • Light vendor direct during set-up

Does NOT include:

Timeline management, rehearsal, vendor communication beyond décor, or full‑day coordination.​
